130816 국립중앙박물관 '이슬람의 보물' 전시회 나들이 중동앓이에서 다 같이 국립중앙박물관에서 하는 ‘이슬람의 보물’ 특별 전시회에 다녀왔다. 유물과 전시품 관련한 설명을 해주는 ‘도슨트’ 시간에 맞추어 가느라 좀 고생했지만(ㄱ-) 여차여차해서 많이 늦지 않게 도착했다. 보통 이슬람 하면 중동 지방만을 떠올리는 경우가 많지만, 이번 전시회에서는 서남아시아, 북아프리카, 인도, 터키, 스페인 까지 광범위하게 이슬람의 문화가 미쳤던 모든 곳의 유물을 전시했다. 확실히 도슨트의 설명을 들으니 혼자 유물을 관람할 때보다 더 많은 관련 정보를 얻을 수 있었다. 예를 들어, 이슬람 문화권에서 천문학이 발달한 이유는 유목민족인 이슬람 사람들이 기도를 할 때 메카 방향을 잘 찾기 위해서였다. 또 물이 부족했던 지역이었기 때문에 푸른 식물과 물로 가득 찬 정원이 ‘천국’ 같.. 더보기 Major Syrian rebel groups join forces 시리아 반군 연합 형성!
